SMS Terms of Service

1. Opt-in and message types

When you opt in to receive messages from us, we will send you a message to confirm your request. Depending on your request, you may receive non-marketing messages about your inquiry, your vehicle, or your financing request, and, if you agreed, occasional marketing messages such as offers and updates. Messages may be sent using automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, or AI-generated messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Cancel at any time

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send one reply confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, including calling us at (562) 724-4504. To rejoin, opt in again the way you did the first time.

3. Help

4. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
